Hendrik Jan Coert [1842 – 1901]
Hendrik Jan was born in Rotterdam 9th of
March 1842 and died in Wonosari (Residentie Banjoewangi) on the 7th
November 1901. He was head of the Administration of the Coffee Culture company
Bondo Banjoewangi. He married on the 19th of December 1877 the
Javaansche woman Satima. They had 9 children.
